Easy processing, rapid application and high versatility.  Spies Hecker’s Permacron Speed Blender 1036 is the key to cost-effective and skilful blend-in jobs. With new Spies Hecker Permacron Speed Blender 1036, both Permasolid Top Coats and Permasolid HS Clear Coats can be blended-in in fine graduations, as the product partially dissolves the existing paint. To achieve quality results, the blend-in additive is applied undiluted to the blend-in area within the sanded surface. In addition, its good polishing characteristics ensure excellent gloss.
