A Pink Morning Tea 2011

Smits Group held a Pink Morning Tea for car chicks in support of the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The morning tea was hosted at Smits Group's Auto Refinishing Training Centre (Meguiar's New Zealand Head Quaters) on Saturday 15th Ocotber. The Morning Tea provided an opportunity for Car Crazy Chicks to come together, enjoy some tea, coffee, muffins and savouries, while learning from a live demonstration by Meguiar's Technician - Euan, how to properly care for their car's paint work. The live demonstration allowed the ladies to see first hand what the difference is between a polish and a wax, how to use the Meguiar's Smooth Surface Clay Bar System to effectively remove contaminants from the car's surface. Meguiar's also provided a 15% discount on all products sold on the day, with Smits Group donating a further 10% of these sales to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.  Thanks to all the ladies who attended, a total of $500 was raised for the Breast Cancer Foundation. We are looking forward to next year's Pink Morning Tea!
